January 30 - February 4, 2009
The most famous Carnival in the world is held in Venice where 18th century merrymakers flaunt their elaborate costumes at a series of balls, pageants, musical events and frivolities, culminating with a Gondola Serenade by night.
The Grand Canal will be illuminated by torchlight and the streets of Venice will be opened to jugglers, acrobats, mime artists, fire eaters, musicians and much more. Come join us and soak up this amazing atmosphere!
